These are my first attempts at working with non-oil pastels. Doing a pastel a day was a good way to start because I was working fast and with a lot of freedom to just experiment. I've not met my goal of one a day but I will keep up with these simple sketches as often as I can. It has been proven to be a great discipline to have a daily goal.
